It was a marvellous location right by a large shopping center and Fairgrounds and a mall. The personnel was very nice, doing their best to assist. I appreciated the room with a sofa bed.

The room was incredible and reasonably large with a sofa bed, and I loved it. Could use climate control, TV and a microwave. Location: the hotel was near restaurants, Fairgrounds and a large shopping center. Had dinner at Chipotle Mexican Grill, set 20 mins away on foot...

Super clean room and super comfy bed, but the air conditioner was too cold.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend rest in Chico with very good value for money. The location was quiet but right next to a mall, making it convenient. Make sure to double-check your room before settling in for any issues.

Recommend it for families

The pool was a lifesaver for the kids after a long day. They couldn't get enough of it, splashing around like maniacs. And, the breakfast the next morning-let me tell you, those egg white omelets hit the spot with fresh fruit to boot.

I mean, it wasn't cheap, but for the quality of the experience, I can accept that.

We enjoyed our recent two-night family stay. The queen room was spacious, but navigating the parking made moving our bags cumbersome. On the bright side, the staff was mostly friendly, though I felt a bit judged at check-in. Don't forget to try the breakfast-it had great variety!

Oh man, you gotta check out the breakfast spread-waffles, omelettes, and all the good stuff! Plus, their friendly vibes just made my day. And if you're hunting for tasty bites, Chili's is just a hop away-perfect for a casual munch!

That indoor pool had me gagging with the chemical smell-like, seriously? Had a weird charge pop up after check-out, and who likes surprises like that?

The King Room was really spacious and had comfy furnishings. I appreciated the trendy barn door for the bathroom and there were lots of plugs for charging my devices. The room felt bright and clean, super inviting. Everything worked well, just had a problem with ants in the bathroom when we were leaving, a bummer. But overall, the experience was smooth, and the room setup was pretty nice.

Amazing Staff and Clean Rooms

The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the staff were really nice too be helpful, especially Lucas who gave great recommendations for local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to satisfy everyone. One thing to improve could be to better stock the breakfast options during peak times.

My room was ridiculously clean with a cozy ambiance. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in-I'm definitely going to hunt down the brand! And a fridge and coffee maker in the room was a game changer for relaxation and convenience.
